You will be a part of a team that administrates SEB's largest corporate customers and financial institutions by connecting them to the global financial services offered by SEB. Cross collaboration and interaction with other teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essence of our daily work. In addition to general tasks, we work on automating the boring stuff by creating robotics and scripting solutions.

About the role:

As a Bank Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Enabling customers to access digital banking services via different digital channels
- Administrate and maintain different integration setups to ensure seamless data exchange between various banking systems
- Monitoring and following up incoming enquirers via internal communication channels
- Collaboration with colleagues across the globe to solve daily challenges and share success stories
- Participation in various process automation and development initiatives
- Contribution to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
