What can you expect your day to look like?

• Shape and execute talent acquisition strategies and projects.
• Own entire recruitment cycle for dedicated various levels positions and deliver recruitment targets with the best candidate experience.
• Proactively identify and leverage sourcing channels to attract top talent.
• Serve as a brand ambassador at various events.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and people and culture partners to understand hiring needs, advise on market trends, and recommend effective hiring solutions.
• Coach and guide hiring managers on interview techniques and competency - based questions to ensure consistent and high - quality hiring decisions.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment processes and track performance metrics.
• Continiously suggest improvements to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness.

What do we expect from you?

• At least 2 years proven experience in full - cycle recruitment.
• Strong skills in candidate attraction, interview facilitation, and stakeholders guidance.
• Skilled in entering new talent markets and delivering creative global talent acquisition solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English (B2 level or higher).
• Familiarity with ATS platforms is preferred.

Base monthly salary: from €2930to €3670 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
