Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices
Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and security patches
Support end-users with hardware, software, and peripheral issues
Manage software deployment and inventory using endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
Maintain security compliance, including antivirus updates, encryption, and access policies
Document standard procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
Assist in planning and executing workstation refreshes, migrations, and upgrades
Participate in IT projects related to end-user computing and workstation improvements

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in desktop/workstation support or IT operations
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
Experience with software deployment tools (SCCM, Intune)
Knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, and user account management
Basic knowledge of networking, printers, and peripheral devices
Familiarity with endpoint security tools (antivirus, encryption, patch management)
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and end-user support abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
